XSQUIZZIT was founded by Managing Director Glenn Drew in 2001. Today, XSQUIZZIT consists of a dedicated team of highly motivated people, working hard to develop and continue the evolution of their advanced e-commerce systems integrated LIVE with well known Accounting Systems. XSQUIZZIT is commited to delivering exsquisite integrated Online Stores to Small-Medium sized Distibution Businesses worldwide.
The range of software solutions provided by XSQUIZZIT embraces all aspects of e-commerce trading. Their Live integration with Recognised Accounting Systems delivers unique flexibility and outstanding productivity gains for businesses and their customers.
GLENN DREW – Managing Director (BCS Melbourne University)
Glenn Drew, with a Bachelor of Computer Science from Melbourne University in hand, founded XSQUIZZIT in 2001 and has spent the last 9 years working with his team in developing XSQUIZZIT's highly modular and flexible eCommerce technology platform integrated in to mainstream accounting systems. His primary focus is to outline the enormous process efficiencies, sales opportunities and customer satisfaction gains made possible through a live eCommerce conduit and work alongside SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) to integrate eCommerce in to their business.
Glenn works closely with his team and ensures XSQUIZZIT remains a friendly, fast and productive environment in order to continue releasing outstanding, yet cost effective, eCommerce innovations for all current and future clients. Glenn is committed to balancing hard work with recreation. He has no time for politics and ensures the company remains focused on delivering solutions at the forefront of the eCommerce space.
ADMINISTRATION
SAMUEL FAHNLE – Administration Co-ordinator
Sam Fahnle started part-time with XSQUIZZIT in early 2008 while finishing his degree. With a Bachelor of Technology (Aviation) and Bachelor of Business Management; Sam, in late 2008, started fulltime as our Administrator Co-ordinator. In a short period Sam became an integral part of the XSQUIZZIT team. Our main organiser and communicator, Sam has taken on various roles including PA to the Managing Director, Reception, Sales Co-ordinator and much more. Sam has his commercial pilot’s license and plans to travel Europe in 2010.
CHRISTIAN CAVALLO – Administration Co-ordinator
Christian completed his Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design at RMIT and began his own freelance business in design and development. Contracted out to various companies he was picked up by XSQUIZZIT in 2009 where he has started as administration and design consultant. Christian has a background predominantly in Customer Service, Administration and he has worked predominantly within the motor and entertainment industries. His varied experiences make him expertly suited for our numerous administration roles as well as working closely with Glenn to develop business plans and marketing strategies as XSQUIZZIT looks to rapid expansion.
SALES & MARKETING
AMANDA SEEFELD – Marketing Manager
Amanda joined XSQUIZZIT in October 2008. Amanda is responsible for all Sales Processes, Marketing Plans, and Public Relation activities. With 20 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations and Business Planning, Amanda brings all her skills to the table to firmly plant XSQUIZZIT on the commercial map. Amanda is busy promoting and expanding the company through its new brand with amazing energy and vigour.
DELIA LAWSON-HARTNEY – Senior Sales Consultant
Delia brings a vast amount of expertise from a very diverse Business, Corporate and Industrial development and sales background. Delia spent many years running her own business in Production and Design. She came to XSQUIZZIT in early 2009 with a thirst to learn more about the eCommerce possibilities. Delia is working solidly to develop lasting relations with new and current clients and is excited about pushing the company towards rapid expansion.
JOEL FERRETT – Public Relations & Communications Co-ordinator
Joel’s come to us from a background in Writing and Editing. With an Advanced Diploma in Professional Writing & Editing as well as a Diploma in English & Professional Editing he has worked as a freelance Editor in the Sales and Marketing world for the last 2 years as well as 4 years working in Retail Sales and Management. Joining XSQUIZZIT in 2009 he has written and edited a lot of our accessible content and taken on various other tasks relating to his skills.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
ROWAN DREW – Senior Software Developer
Rowan joined XSQUIZZIT in 2004. While still studying, Rowan developed many of XSQUIZZIT's core eCommerce technologies. Now with a Bachelor of Multimedia & Software Development, Rowan continues to dedicate his efforts to developing the next generation of our highly flexible content management system. Coupled with a phenomenal technical understanding, Rowan's extensive experience with multimedia technology will be explored in a multitude of future eCommerce software initiatives.
ALAN HAWKINS – Software Developer
Alan finished an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering and, not too long after, quickly rose to the ranks within XSQUIZZIT after his debut in March of 2009. While with us Alan has worked solidly, and shown enormous aptitude in breaking the boundaries and capabilities of a multitude of different sites and our eCommerce software especially in regards to the attributes, imaging and processing of products.

MATTHEW TRIMBLE – Production & Service Manager
Joining us in 2009, Matthew has come from many years experience in Customer and Service Management of an exclusive, telecommunications companies. As well as an Advanced Diploma in IT; Multimedia, Software Design & Development and Networking, and 9 years of freelance web design and eCommerce consulting, Matthew is a very exciting edition to the team.
LACHLAN CUNNINGHAM – Production Co-ordinator
Lachlan started with XSQUIZZIT early in 2009 and has worked with the production and development of almost all our projects since that time. Lachlan has experience in Retail and Multimedia Customer Service and has studied IT and Web Development; focusing on CSS, HTML and JAVA. After using his skills as a freelance web designer we’re excited to have him as part of our team.
SARAH SKINNER – Junior Production Co-ordinator
We welcomed Sarah to our team in late 2009. Sarah’s studies in Graphic Design and Interactive Media along with her experiences in Management, Customer Service and Hospitality make her a very exciting addition to XSQUIZZIT. Sarah started, and continues on, strong; tackling the design and development of many upcoming projects.
GARI MADABI – Customer Service Consultant
ANDREW RAMPLING - Systems Operations Manager
Andrew started his working career in the Victorian Police Force but after a few years on the job moved on to start a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and a Diploma in IT; Databases, Web Development & Administration, and Cisco Networking. In 2009 he joined XSQUIZZIT and works primarily with Monitoring & Maintaining our Servers & Web Technology, Issue Resolution, Consulting with customers, Consulting with our Research and Development team and Teaching and Mentoring customers about XSQUIZZIT software.
